Saddlebrook Farm is a quiet neighborhood of 200 single family homes located off of Mainstreet and across from Riva Ridge Park in Parker, Colorado.

Most of the homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1500+ square feet, and feature a 2-car attached garage. The average lot size is 5000+ square feet. Some homes (depending on style) have a partial basement. The majority of homes were built in the late 1980s.

That my friends is a beautiful report. 

The only things I would add for impact is add a third column and put % of change and then if you have any graphs or charts from your MLS, add them.

PICTURES say more than words every time.

You cannot dispute the facts of how incredible the change is in this area, just make it stand out with pictures.

Chris Ann~ It is a seller's market. Of course, home sellers still need to look at their home through a buyer's eyes to prepare it for market, to get the best price and in the least amount of time.
