Mike, I believe it is a fairly widespread program. In most of the cities the allocated funds could have exhausted. In all cases the best bet is to contact Wells Fargo loan officer.

I agree with you William, there ia always "give and take" in every such bargain, Nothing is free. There are so many DPA programs out there. But if it can get someone thru the situation and they can get into a house it may be worth it.
