Successful Closing Means $150 Donated to Charity - May/2013

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 New Millennium

Following the successful closing of 7566 Mandan Road, Greenbelt, MD  I am proud to say that $150 has been donated to charity.

 My Choice

$50 to The Red Cross
As I was watching the coverage of the horrible tornado in Oklahoma there was no doubt where I wanted my donation to go.

Client's Choice

$100 to March of Dimes

This organization works to reduce prematurity and birth defects and increase healthy births.

I love making this donations with each closing and I look forward to making many more this year.

Kudo's to you, great work! I tried to enact the same type of system from Every settlement that came through our office... THE GOVERNMENT decided this was a RESPA violation as an inducement to do business.  God bless America.

What a nice feeling this must be! We donate to KW Cares with each settlement but there is something fun about asking where the client wants the money to go on their behalf!
