"What You Know May Not Hurt You!"

  Westminster, CO - Every now and then, I come across a Blog or two from other real estate professionals through-out the country that share some very interesting information!!

Today, is no exception!   I do receive a blog from Rob Minton, a real estate broker from the Ohio region, that spends more of his time sharing his knowledge and other money making projects he has learned to do from others in this industry.  Many of you probably know of him.

In Rob's latest Blog, he is sharing the link to another blog that speaks about the success of none other than, Warren Buffett!!   Of course, we do understand what this man is all about, and the success he has in making money!!

"Learn more by reading, it will not hurt you!"

The other blog is titled, Farnamstreetblog, and it too, has some great information on Warren Buffett, and how important it is to read MORE in order to become a lot more knowledgeable about HOW things work.  Like how money works!!

Now, mind you... I do believe that Buffett really knows what he is talking about, which brings me to this topic of discussion. 

With the "deregulation of energy" that the Government has mandated to ALL of the States to be completed by 2015, Warren Buffett has stated, "This will be the greatest transfer of wealth distribution in our lifetime".  He just might be right!!

With that knowledge, I have taken it upon me to embarke upon a new venture to enhance my clients' real estate experiences, in which this "energy deregulation" will play a large role.  I believe that 17 States have already deregulated, some with electric, some with natural gas, and some with both energies!
