Wonderful to hear such good news especially when many of us have taken part or at least know of foreclosure and short sales that were heartbreaking disappointments and nightmares. Michelle, I firmly believe and agree with you that more successful short sale transactions will come to fruition dependent on the training, education, and experience of the agent.
