For anything that has a sales record it's all about supply and demand! Jan for the Seven Springs resale market tells a different tale. New listings were up from 7 in Jan 07 to 10 with days on market increasing. Recorded resales showed a decline from 7 in 07 to 3 this Jan. Where new construction recordings were dead even at three each year.
The second half of the year can quickly rev up the market as that's historically when we see the most amount of sales at both resorts. So if the year starts out a little slow we're not usually too concerned.
