Listing Inventory Continues To Rise .....
While the number of properties available has shown a steady increase month over month for the year to date the trend has been much lower than in previous years. May, at the current rate of growth, might just be the break out month of 2013 with the number of active listings returning to those of last year.
This past week saw the following transactions reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board for Uxbridge:
