Are homes still selling???
Man are they ever!!! BUT just like any other time the best homes get picked first. SO many times I see sellers try to blame the market for their home not selling but just down the same street there is a similar home with every upgrade you can think of at the same price. Yes a bulletproof marketing plan is important, but being prepared to do what it takes to sell is truly the key. So any time you are considering selling, ask your self, am I willing to do what it takes, if the answer is no, then almost always you can expect your home to be on the market for a lengthy time.
