The estimated value of this project, at build-out, is $750 million-$1 billion. Lakeside DFW in Flower Mound is estimated to bring an extra $11 million annually to our local schools and over $3 million to the city, not including sales tax revenue.
Lakeside DFW in Flower Mound will have more than 705,000 square feet of commercial space as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and space reserved for a hotel. Several hotel developers have shown an interest in this project.
