We ended up winning this job from this super nice customer, and her floors came out great. She is so excited and I think has become a raving fan. Very happy about how this estimation mistake may actually lead to a lot more biz in the future. Now, I need to follow up w/ the real estate agent.
This has become more and more popular, and after I wrote this post, I sent the link to a customer of mine, and then closed the sale a few days later. Sweet.
