Just take a look around you - Kailua Kona land sales (not including these) were up 200% last month - can you imagine what these sales will do to the June numbers! 4 sales, all cash, for a total of $17,360,000 - day one! 

Just for the heck of it, let me check last June numbers...... hold on, computer running slow......

here it is, last June saw "7" sales - total - for an amount of $4,268,000 - that is about the average of just one sale this month.
