I wonder home many actually see the house before purchasing it though. I find buyers here are weeding out rather than finding one. I have seen many buyers overlook better homes that were there all along till the one they saw on the net just didn't do it so they continued looking and found one they had over looked

Our buyers (many are out of town) will often accumulate listings online, narrow down their choices, then have us schedule showings. It is our job to help with the selection process and suggest other properties they may have overlooked that would otherwise be a good fit.

We too have seen these incredible numbers of late.  May 2013 was our most visited month in 4 years and Jun is already on track to DOUBLE MAY.  Had 1 home 2949 Cape Breton a 6 bedroom home listed in May has been viewed by nearly 50,000 shoppers in just a couple of weeks.
