I have been selling Durango real estate for a long time and I have to admit I’ve never marketed a property quite like this. I don’t mean that the house is unusual, but rather how we are “pre-marketing” this home is a first. 
We have a new listing that we are not yet allowed to show or even give you an address as to where it is. “Why would you do that?”, you ask. Well here’s the story.
