Best Ever REO!

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty World Pacific Northwest

I just had to share my best REO to date.

Thank goodness the bank worked directly with the field service company, not sure who would take on this job!  The only thing missing from the full affect is the smell you all missed out on.

The house?  Anyone have a bulldozer?  Nasty.  And someone was living in this home before the city condemned it.  Never seems to amaze me how people live.

Matt, that bad.  I think it is the worst I've seen.  Although, I have had a couple somewhat close to that.  I hope you have a good trash-out company.

I was in shock.  When I called the city to let them know we would be cleaning up the property I had a return call very quickly and the guy was VERY happy to hear from me.  They were getting ready to clean it themselves and lien the property for the bill.  I had scrap documents for the 3 cars the next day.  LUCKILY I don't have to get the bids, the asset company that I got the REO through has their own field service company that handles all the prep work - I think after any contractor saw the property I would probably never hear from them again.  I went to the neighbors house and asked how in the heck all that trash got there, he said the owners would just back up their truck and dump away in their own yard.  WOW!  Some people.  Oh by the way, I left out of the photos of the dead rats in the home too... LOL  GROSS!

Wow.  That is amazing how trashed it is. I can't believe anyone would do that to a property.
