IPHONE- Does anyone use it?

Is the Iphone useful for real estate work? I have a treo650 that I've been using for a couple of years, and it's very Nashville real estate searchfunctional, but I am considering an Iphone. That being said, I don't know any realtors who have one right now, and I don't know if the functions that I use are trnasportable to the Iphone.I have Cingular for service, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure that some of the activerain members have one, and we all would appreciate some input.

I have a Treo650 and I'm thinking of upgrading to the newer model since this one is a bit worn (I've dropped it far too many times!).  My son has an IPhone, and my husband plans on getting one.  It just looks like it would be too delicate for me, as I use my phones pretty hard.  When they first came out, there were several posts from a few agents who had gotten them -- you might want to do a search on AR to see if you can find those posts and follow up with them.
