Enjoying Our Decks in This Summer Weather At Pond Spring Village

These past few days have given us a taste of Summer at Pond Spring Village in Beacon Falls, Connecticut. I am sure we have all been spending an increased amount of time outside. Our duplexes at Pond Spring Village all come with a beautifully stained wood deck ready and waiting for your patio furniture! Many times outdoor spaces are overlooked when decorating and staging a home. I am sure that a carefully decorated and inviting deck will get much more use than a blank canvas.

If you are in the market for some new comfortable and trendy patio furniture the first step to making your first purchase would be finding out what type of material you prefer wicker, cast aluminum, aluminum, wood, poly-wood, or wrought iron are all popular. Decks are sometimes difficult to decorate. A trendy way to add some vegetation to your deck without taking up too much space is to create a vertical garden. Vertical gardens are ultra portable and in the winter months can be easily moved inside to decorate a not so interesting wall. They are sure to be a great conversation piece!

If you would like to check out the beautiful views from out decks at Pond Spring Village in Beacon Falls, contact Ken Shove or Linda Mayfield for a private showing of one of our model homes. As always you can just follow the signs to one of our open houses which are held from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday!
