Get ready for tomorrow's IGNITE Session #3 Open Houses! Instructor and Cupertino real estate agent Michelle Carr Crowe covers how to effectively prepare for and advertise an open house, hold a compelling event, compel prospects to give you their correct contact information that you can use to build your database and convert leads into prospects.

A quick reminder about regular daily homework and today's homework:
Remember each day, 5 days a week during Ignite, we are practicing the
"10/4" Daily Habits of Lead Generation:
1) 10 calls/conversations per day
2) 10 additions to database
3) 10 notes
4) Preview 10 houses throughout the week (agent tours are great for this).
Create a draft of your Value Proposition (why someone should work with you instead of someone else). e.g. "I sell your home in 28 days or a I sell it for free*", "Your friend in the real estate business", etc.
Create a brief press release-even if it's short, put this together and use it on the back of a flyer!
Open house-start talking to agents and offer to hold an open house either this weekend or during the week.
Come to class tomorrow, even if you haven't completed your homework yet.
We plan to tour the Cupertino/Sunnyvale/Santa Clara homes after class on Thurs.
