Vampires Beware of the 5th Annual Garlic and Onion Festival going on June 7th – 9th, 2013 in Amado Arizona at the Aqua Linda Farms. Plan to head to Southern Arizona this weekend to enjoy some great entertainment, moonlit hayrides and good food – with garlic and onions of course. This is a great event for family and friends of all ages. Plan to enjoy some cooler weather, lovely farm lifestyle, music and dancing.
This three day event is held South of Tucson between Green Valley and Rio Rico at the Aqua Linda Farms 2643 E Frontage Rd Amado AZ 85645. The cost is $8.00 per day or $20.00 for all three days and the hours are from 4:00 – 9:00 pm each day. For more information on this event, please call 520.398.3218.
Southern Arizona is filled with charm and history. While in the area, it is worthwhile to take a trip to Patagonia for the wineries, Tombstone or Old Tucson for the history and atmosphere of the old west or travel down to Nogales or Kartchner Caverns and take a look around. The scenery is beautiful and worth the drive. Enjoy the beautiful state of Arizona and its amenities. It is worth the trip.
