It's not just downtown Charleston, SC either. Outlying towns like Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island, West Ashley and Folly Beach offer a neighborly feel only minutes from Downtown Charleston South Carolina. If resort living is more your style, Kiawah Island, and Wild Dunes will be your area of choice for buying a home. Wild Dunes located on Isle of Palms SC offers two signature PGA golf courses with homes all around them, both of which are on water; one on the ocean, and one on the inlet waters ways of the Isle of Palms.
