Going to have to move. Yep that's the only thing I can think of to do at this point. The house two doors down from me has a very nice pool. The people that live there spent 13 K fixing it up and even hired a pool guy to maintain it all year round. They are snow birds. This means that every year when the temp. hits 100*, they bailed out of town. Before leaving they would bring the keys to their house to me and leave all that 13K worth of fixed up pool to me and mine for our personal enjoyment.
What's the problem??? they just sold it to some single dude who never leaves the house. Anyone know of a house without a pool that is for sale next to a friendly snow bird who leaves town for the summer and has a pool?
Well that's my story. Maybe some of you will share some of the more "interesting" reasons your clients have chosen to move.
