In today's blog post we’re going to cover the topic of what documents you'll need to get pre-approved for a home loan. Getting pre-approved is actually a pretty easy process. All you have to do is get pre-approved online or you can call our office (816) 268-4025 and get pre-approved that way. Turning in documents is just our way (and every lender's) way of making sure that you're not trying to pull a fast one on us and inflate your income or hide some debt. We don't want your house back; we prefer you stay in it! So we verify your information. - 2 recent paystubs.
- Last 2 years of your W-2’s
- Last 2 years of your federal taxes
- 2 recent bank statements
