After a year of learning and I do mean learning how to build and utilize YouTube.  I will be closing my first sell due to YouTube this Friday!  Talk about a great feeling to hear the buyer say I found you on YouTube and knew this was the house for us!  My sellers were thrilled as well.  YouTube is smart marketing.

Thats awesome John. I'be been using video in my business for over 4 years and have been on a quest to get my clients to understand and leverage it in their business. Over 50% of the leads I get on my website MyTitleGuy dot come come from my videos. It has helped position me as one of the authorities on real estate video. Video is not the future it is the present.
