YouTube ONE Channel Starts TOMORROW

Services for Real Estate Pros with Hub Media Company

YouTube One ChannelYou will be using video in your real estate business or you will be irrelevant. Yep, I said it. I’ve said it over and over again. You will be using video in your real estate business NOT because it’s SEXY or COOL but because the CONSUMER is DEMANDING It. Video says so much more than text or images ever could. Among other things, video is emotional, FAST, Purple Cow and video gets FOUND online. Over 50% of my leads come from my real estate videos. There are many benefits of using video real estate.

When using video for real estate, with almost 60% market share over its competitors, {BlipTV, Metacafe, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Viddler etc}, YouTube is the 800lb gorilla in the room. You NEED to be leveraging YouTube in your real estate business. YouTube is not only FREE, it is great for SEO or Search Engine Optimization as Google owns this behemoth.

This week YouTube rolled out a new channel design. Called “ONE Channel” it has significant benefits for real estate agents using video in their real estate business.

In this short video below you will learn the WHAT, BENEFITS and HOW TO change your YouTube channel over to the new ONE CHANNEL format.

Good morning Stephen -

After a year of learning and I do mean learning how to build and utilize YouTube.  I will be closing my first sell due to YouTube this Friday!  Talk about a great feeling to hear the buyer say I found you on YouTube and knew this was the house for us!  My sellers were thrilled as well.  YouTube is smart marketing.

Thats awesome John. I'be been using video in my business for over 4 years and have been on a quest to get my clients to understand and leverage it in their business. Over 50% of the leads I get on my website MyTitleGuy dot come come from my videos. It has helped position me as one of the authorities on real estate video. Video is not the future it is the present. Keep on rockin. I have a TON of info on using video in your business on my sits if you are interested.

Thanks for the heads-up about YouTube's "One Channel". You're so right, video is a hugh part of our business and very essential. I have many clients that comment positively on the videos of my listings. Tools that help us facilitate market demands are wonderful.

Thanks for the post.  I am surprised at how widespread video has become.  I guess that I had better become fluent in this media.  Thanks for the email.

Thank  you - I know I have to start using video and it is in my very immediate plan.  I feel so technologically challenged.  Never knew I was a telecommunications engineer in my past life.  It all seeped out.  Thanks for the information.
