Danville's May home sales were up 21 per cent over April in number of units closed and 8 per cent higher average sales price. Compared to the month of May in 2012, Danville homes average sales price increased 8 per cent. Homes are selling on average at 102% above list price. Here is a look at the numbers for May:

We are seeing a spike in the average Danville home price due to more $1,000,000 homes selling. In the month of May, 29 (40%) of the 70 houses that closed were sold for $1,000,000 plus.
