These are typical low end homes with traditional sellers. Their strategy seems to be to pick off new listings, come in low cash and see if the sellers bite. What does this mean to you?
Donald Trump was quoted in December 2011 as saying if there was easy way to buy 1 million single family homes he would do it. Well maybe somone figured out even it wasn't easy it needed to be done. Either way with short supplies of housing in MN right now, this could make the inventory issue even bigger and drive up home prices even faster.
