Endre,

I used to make it, until TJ's organic version.  I just add lemon and olive oil to it as a garnish with pomegranite seeds, paprika, and chopped parsley, that is the way they do it in Lebanon.  I have not made it in a while...Time, the ultimate luxury is better spent outside, when TJ's does a good job. /A

Endre, There's a guy here in Cincinnati that his business is basically gourmet hummus.  Apparently he's got plenty of business.

Endre, I used to make a pretty good hummus, but lately I've been relying on a local producer who sells it at our Whole Foods.  I'll be waiting for your recipe.

Hi Endre - Hummus is a favorite, and the range of quality bewteen mass-produced and hand-made is amazing. Haven't seen Mom's around, but there are some local producers here that do a good job, better than my own pitiful efforts.

Endre-Hummus is a great protein source for me. I like it a lot-on crackers, on bread, on chips, on salads, by itself-pretty much however I can get it.
