 Old Jefferson is the topic of our weekly market report. This is another's selle's market and the price per square foot trend seems to keep getting higher. There's also not a whole lot of listings (15) that are in excellent condtion on the market. A lot of the homes listed need some workd done to them. Therefore, home buyers have slim picking for turnkey houses. Please let me know if you have any questions about the above information.
