We will introduce you to local professional agents who understand their particular market and have excellent reputations. We then keep in constant communication with them and with you as you look for properties. We stay involved throughout the entire sale process to make certain that you receive the best possible terms for your interests.
STEP #5 - RECEIVING AN OFFER
When an offer is received, we review the terms and conditions with your local agent to make certain that there will be no unpleasant surprises and that you have been informed of all the differences from a transaction in your home country.
STEP #6 - NOW WHAT?
Procedures are different in all countries so we work to keep you informed and protected during the transaction. We will recommend procedures which may or may not be customary in the area where you sell. We will oversee the transaction and make certain that important matters are covered for settlement and that you do not receive any financial surprises. This will also include the information about utilities, taxes, homeowner associations, etc.
STEP #7 - A LITTLE EXTRA
