The Eastern Recreation Area - 5 acres and includes a large recreation building for meetings which also includes kitchen facilities available for North Oaks Members to rent out. Playgroup eqipment, picnic tables, basketball court, softball and soccer fields.

The Southpointe Recreation Area - 15 acres provided are two baseball and soccer fields.

Wilkinson Lake Recreation Area - 10 acres that according to the North Oaks Company a state-of the-art soccer/rugby field, band shell, picnic shelter and community gardens where residents can plant vegetables or flowers.
