The Ferndale-Ardagh Neighborhood is a well planned neighborhood consisting of detached homes and townhomes and is conveniently situated minutes away from the 400, as well as bordering on the Ardagh Bluffs with 17km of trails over 70 acres.
There are numerous excellent restaurants and sevices in the area, as well as grocery stores closeby if you need to pick up something on the way home. A regular bus service links the area to the downtown core on a regular basis.

What’s the neighborhood like?
It is centred around the corner of Ferndale and Ardagh, where there is a 24 hour gym, a delightful corner store...just like granma used to have, pizza store, pub, dentist, hair and beauty parlour and others. Schools and daycare are just down the road. Ardagh Road has some older smaller bungalows as well as newer expansive detached homes.
Ferndale Drive has townhomes on the south side of Ardagh Road and detached two storeys and bungalows north of Ardagh Drive.
What is going on in the Ferndale Ardagh Neighborhood?
If you head south up Ferndale Drive, you will find Shoppers Drugmart, Pizza, Starbucks, Dry-Cleaners, Hair-Cutters and if you head north, you will pass the elementary school and come to the Fernadale Wetlands, where you will find trails to explore. Head west along Ardagh Road and you will pass the Ardagh Bluffs and come to Highway 27 which is an alternative route to Toronto. If you head east along Ardagh Road, you will find Tim Hortons, Zehrs, Lowes and access to the 400 North and South!
