How to buy a house:  You can get a great home in Broomfield CO in this price range, just get pre-approved for your loan and start shopping with an active, local agent.

How to sell a house:  If in great condition, price it a bit higher than the most recent sale.  If not in great condition, just a slightly lower price would probably move it.

Broomfield absorption rate:  Less than 3 weeks
