What an incredible month for Team Davidson with over $9 million in sales and over $11 million in closings! Not only was May our best month since July 2007, Davidson Realty was named the number one Best Place to Work in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal for the third time on May 31st. We have a lot to celebrate! Twenty-four agents had transactions during the month, but we have to give a big round of applause to the three ladies on top – Pauline Cake, Mirtha Barzaga and Suzy Evans!
The Top Listing Agents for May are Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake with $800,000 in listings sold. They sold two of their own listings in the King & Bear community in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody are known as our World Golf Village experts. They live, work and play in World Golf Village, so if you are looking to buy, build or rent in WGV, make sure to give them a call! 
The Top Sales Agent for the month is Mirtha Barzaga with $2 million in sales. Mirtha had nine transactions during the month, three of which were her own listings and two were new home construction. Mirtha is Davidson’s queen of new home construction. She is the Listing Agent for Inland Homes St. Augustine and does a lot of work with many other builders in Northeast Florida. If you are looking to build, she is the lady to call!
The Top Producer for May is Suzy Evans with over $2.2 million in closings. Suzy had five closings in May, many of which were high-end homes in St. Augustine. Suzy sells all over Northeast Florida including Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville and St. Augustine. She specializes in high-end homes and luxury homes.
