I am licensed real estate broker with my own Real Estate Company, known as Z Realty. Over 15 years ago, I received my real estate license. I started off as an apartment locator, which requires a real estate license. After 2 years of having my real estate license, I then received my broker's license. I was one of the top apartment locators in the DFW area. I bought my first condo and then began buying more properties. I then went to work as a new home sales counselor for Gehan homes. I was their top sales person. Then DR Horton asked to to come work for them and I was their top sales person, as well. After that, my husband and I started our own real estate company.
