January 2008 Real Estate Market Trend for Livingston County, MI
You can see Sales for 2008 vs. 2007 has gone up, in count of homes, and dollar volume. Even Pending sales have increased. I am thankful for the stats, as we continue to make an upswing from 2007. I wish all real estate activity will be better for each of you.
