Flowers Up, Home Prices Up, Interests Rates Up = Too Many Ups?

In Steamboat Springs, the local botanical gardens are a spectacular place to gather ideas and spend some relaxing time. I found it a great place to bring to you the real estate market update. Great visuals and good real estate information.

Delivering real estate information is often boring. Showing stats and talking about the market is kind of a sleeping subject if you're not into stats or real estate. But delivering the Steamboat real estate update with beautiful video images is a new way to keep peoples attention. I had a great time making this video in such a lovely place.

So when in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, don't miss the Yampa River Botanic Park.

Regards,

Charlie

Charlie, your title grabbed me in.  While everyone likes the fact of home prices going up, they maybe going up too fast for long term sustainability, at least that is what is going on in my local area.

Kathy - Yes, too fast here as well. Brings back memories of 2005-2006. I'm not liking this rapid correction.

Hi Charlie, Michael George sent me over here.  I love your video blog.  Hearing about rising house prices and interest rates is a lot more palpable when looking at beautiful images of spring flowers!  Nicely done!
