Debbie~ Can't get enough of those views. It's been quite a while since I've been camping, but I still enough the outdoors!
I'm not big on outdoor activities, but I love the outdoors and enjoy the sights and the sounds of nature.
Hi, Bob...the lake is 1,000 acres, but there's also around 14 miles of hiking trails.
The views are wonderful aren't they, Donna. Come to visit and we'll explore the part together.
Roger you could always do a driving tour. Every drive is a scenic drive in this area.
Hey Debbie, great Localism post about the Ridgway CO State Park...the reservoir looks like it provides lots of outdoor entertainment for visitors.
Debbie sounds like a great State Park to visit. I love the pictures. Just finished 40th BPO in 4 days
Hi Debbie - Nice photos and great views. I'm developing quite a to-do list for our next trip to the Western Slope from reading your posts - thanks.
These empoundments can provide a lot of recreational activities. Great ideas for families
Debbie my family and I could certainly get lost in the beauty of this park, too bad it's such a hike from Pa.
Debbie, The park looks really nice and as you say you could get lost in the views alone. I imagine it is very busy in the summer months.
Debbie, I could most definitely get lost in Ridge Way State Park of Colorado.... I would love to explore the 1,000 acres unless that is the lake area alone...lol
Your pictures capture the purity and tranquil beauty of the mountains and lower valley's which would be a wonderful vacation destination.
