What a surprise: I received a call from our Receptionist at Prudential California Realty in Beverly Hills!

Often times we work hard and we do not even get a ‘Thank You’ verbally, via email, via either text or voice mail. So you can imagine the surprise I received the other day. I get a call from our receptionist that there is a box that has wine in it.

Lately I have been extremely busy so it could have been any one of my five sellers, three of my buyers or the Escrow or Title reps who wanted to show appreciation. Well I made it a specific trip to visit our Office and pick up my gift.

You never know who will be so glad and show their appreciation. In this instance I had a buyer who cancelled on one of my Escrows because it did not make sense financially to move forward. I then turned around and sold him another vacant lot without drama or emotional guilt trips.

I actually never met the buyer until after the closing and we went out to lunch. Look what I received. As most of my readers know I love wineJ.
