We recently listed for sale a 3 bedroom (plus office) Durango home bordering national forest about 5 miles south of Durango Mountain Resort. Like all the properties located in the North Animas Valley, this home has great proximity to lots of fun things to do. Durango Mountain Resort is just 5 miles to the north and Silverton would be about 35 minutes away. Durango, of course would be about 20 minutes to the south. Remember that Durango Mountain Resort is far more than a winter ski location because it truly has year-round activities.
