This report is given by Cherise Selley, and it is not supported by the Tea Party, nor do I use Verizon phone services. Just kidding...Colorado Springs Realtor, Cherise Selley, would like to share a few thoughts to consider.
- Actual Sales for the month of May surged over the 1,000 mark to 1,114. This is an increase of 19.5% sales compared to the previous month of April, and it is a 20.4% increase in sales compared to May 2012.
- As the sales increased last month, the average sales price followed the same trend. In fact, the average sales price on single family/patio homes rose 6.2% from April, to a point of $249,700.
- Total active listings on the market are indicative of low inventory. The number of listings is under the 4,000 mark, though there has been an increase of listings of 7.9% from last month.
