Earlier this year there were no listings available in the Greens at Waynesborough, a Toll Brothers Development in Easttown Township about 16 years old, just down the road from their latest development in Newtown Square at Liseter on the old Dupont Estate where Carriage Homes, Small Single Family and Executive Homes are all available for sale.
Today, that situation has changed, The Greens at Waynesborough in Easttown Township, part of the Tredyffrin Easttown School District and only minutes away from Episcopal Academy, has three active listings all priced under $1,000,000 but not by much, one home priced at $995,000 is under contract, two more homes are pending listed for $985,000 and $995,000 respectively. One settled in April for $950,000 and this is probably why all the others available today are priced between $950,000 and $999,000 just a little higher than the home that has settled.
If you want to live close to a Country Club with all the facilities it offers for both sporting and social activities, the The Greens at Waynesborough is a good development to consider. Located off Route 252 it allows easy access to excellent quality shopping and recreation in the area with many outstanding restaurants locally as well.
