Within about a 30 minute drive you can hike, bike, fish, hunt, camp, raft, downhill and cross country ski and more. The Grand Mesa is the world's largest flat top mountain and there are over 300 lakes on the top and sides.
The Cedaredge area is known for it's wonderful and productive orchards and vineyards. Produce stands dot the local highways.
The picture shows most of the town of Cedaredge from Cedar Mesa Hill. Cedaredge has around 1800 people. There is one local elementary, middle and high school. They each have their own locations. The high school has just over 300 kids. There is a grocery store, many good restaurants, a dollar store and several local shops with unique products.
