I want to give a shout out to one of ActiveRain's most infamous famous outcast in crowd members, Craig Rutman!

I've known Craig since I first joined ActiveRain in 2009 and ever since he's been first...second...or at least 37th in line to offer up help when I or any other member needed it. But Seriously folks, I've known Craig to take great care of his clients so when I found out that a young couple that I just helped sell their home here in Huntsville Alabama was relocating to the Raleigh North Carolina area, Craig was a natural for me to refer them to. Sure there are other ActiveRain Members in the area and hopefully they'll also get a turn at a referral, but I know Craig, met him and tipped a couple of frosty ones with him so he gets the nod this time around.
