The Victoria Woods neighborhood in Tualatin, Oregon (pronounced Tu-AAH-La-Tin) is considered to be one of the premiere places to live with it's homes typically priced $500,000 and up with most of the homes being larger in scale with 3,000 square feet and above.
Located Off of Boones Ferry Rd. it's proximity to highway's I-5 and I-205 make it a commuter's dream. Victoria Woods was built in the late 1990's with an addition of Victoria Meadows homes added in the mid early to mid 2000 to current.
Tualatin is a wonderful city in Washington County located about twenty minutes south of Downtown Portland that's continually given the designation of "tree city". It's rich in parks and residents of Victoria Woods enjoy the nearby and 19 acre Ibach Park with it's award winning play areas, tennis courts and hiking trails. The hub of activity in Tualatin is Tualatin Commons, where you'll find restaurants, businesses, condos surrounding a man made lake. The public school district for Victoria Woods is the Tigard-Tualatin School District. Living here, your children would go to Byrom Elementary School, Hazelbrook Middle School, and nearby Tualatin High School. There are also many various private schools as well.
