Home Loan Rates By E-mail

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with FM Properties

I am often asked by REALTORS® and buyers, "what are home loan rates doing?" In the market place that we are in right now, this is a complicated question. It can vary greatly based on your situation. The rate you are quoted this morning may change by the afternoon. With rates as low as they have been, I have had dozens of buyers request that I call them once rates hit a certain mark.

Most lending institutions post their rates on the Internet, but these are generic and only give you a general idea on where things are at. Besides, how often are those rates really updated?

At Citizens Community Bank, we have created a progrgam to save you time and money. With RateWatch you can sign up for customized automated rate notifications by e-mail. It only takes 42 seconds to sign up! (Really, I timed it!) The best part is, you can sign up by yourself without member access. E-mail's are kept private and not sold so your information is safe.

As rates are changing several times a day, you will find an e-mail in your in-box telling you what they are at. Only want e-mails once a week or once a month on rates? Then you can set that option too.

Looking to refinance your house? You can set a rate and RateWatch will e-mail you when rates reach that mark. Contact me to sign up for RateWatch today!

-Make it a fantastic day!

Hmm, I do not like doing that. The rates are not always right and give people a wrong idea of what their rate might be.  Now that programs are changing.  Tell me the situation and I am more than happy to give a rate.  People can email me and I will do it.

Dave, that is why we created a customized program that the person inputs their loan criteria and they get a rate based on that: LTV, term, ect. I tell people the rates all the time but some buyers want to know what rates are doing everyday. You cant send out 100's of different rate quotes every day that are customized. Nobody has the time for that. All we do is update our site when rates change and the RateWatch sends out the customized e-mails. Whether loan officers like it or not, there is a need and if we don't fill it then someone else will!
