So far in 2013 there have been 4 Copper One Lodge sales.  A studio with 510 square feet sold in April for $227,500 at $446/square foot.  In January a 562 square foot 1-bedroom sold for $260,000 at $462/square foot.  A top floor 2-bedroom sold in January as well for $393,000 at $454/square foot.  Another top floor 2-bedroom sold just on June 11, 2013 for $380,000 at $413/square foot.  Justin and I assisted the Buyer of the most recent sale in Copper One Lodge view, negotiate and purchase their new Copper Mountain ski condo.

These four sales in Copper One Lodge sold on average at 94% of the list price.  The average sales price per square foot in 2012 was $427 with one sale while the average so far in 2013 is $444/square foot.  It appears the Copper Mountain Real Estate market is recovering with more sales and prices are starting to show signs of improving as well.
