Colorado’s Real Estate Market has been booming over the past few months, but there is one area in particular that has been extremely active. Edgewater homes have been flying of the market after spending a very short time on it.

It is clear Edgewater homes are in high demand with buyers. In the past few months homes have only been spending an average of two weeks on the market, and are selling above the asking price. It can be anticipated that Edgewater continues to be a real estate hot spot as the peak of the summer approaches.
