Colorado’s Real Estate Market has been booming over the past few months, but there is one area in particular that has been extremely active.  Edgewater homes have been flying of the market after spending a very short time on it.

 

 

Edgewater currently has 7 homes actively listed.  These homes have been on the market for an average of 15 days and listed at an average of $231,628 or $245 per square foot.  All but one of these listed homes is a ranch style, built between 1906-1978.  The homes range in size from 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms and 384-1,575 square feet.

 

 

15 Edgewater homes are under contract after being on the market for an average of 15 days and listed at an average price of $220,487 or $244 per square foot.  The homes range in size from 1-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, 657-1,241 square foot and were all built between 1909-1955.

 

 Over the past 3 months 23 homes in Edgewater have sold after being on the market for an average of 15 days.  All of these homes were built between 1899-1956 and have 2-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms and 761-2,040 square feet.  These homes were listed at an average of $228,604 or $204 per square foot but sold for an average of $233,086 or $208 per square foot.

 

It is clear Edgewater homes are in high demand with buyers. In the past few months homes have only been spending an average of two weeks on the market, and are selling above the asking price.  It can be anticipated that Edgewater continues to be a real estate hot spot as the peak of the summer approaches.
