Our Healdsburg broker tours have been jam packed the last few weeks. It's not just that we have had nine or ten listings. We've had that many listings spread over a very broad geographic area. Today we went from a modest listing in Healdsburg to a stunning view property high up on Fitch Mountain. Then it was out into the Alexander Valley to see a spectacular home that was listed on Tuesday at $6.5 million and was already in escrow by Thursday morning. Nobody wants to skip a lisitng like that, even if it is tied up.
Then we jumped over to the west side of Dry Creek Valley for a lovely 3 acre property with filtered view of Fitch Mountain. Back down to the valley floor and over Lambert Bridge and north from there to 22 acres of vineyard with a house, big frontage on Dry Creek, and a charming recreation area with a bocce ball court, tennis court, horse shoe area, gazebo, and a classic old dairy barn.
From there it's over to Geyserville for two listings and up to Cloverdale for another. Jeez, four hours, fifty miles, and ten houses later and I'm viewed out. At least we got some lovely refreshments:
