Up, Up, Up! That's how things are looking in the Washington County real estate market.
The number of single-family homes sold continues to increase. A nice improvement in May (140) over April of this year (124) and May of 2012 (98).
The average sales price of single-family homes is also seeing an improvement. In May, it was $232,002, which is up from April of this year ($219,680) and May of 2012 ($208,763).
Homes are moving faster, too. The average days on market in May was 118, down from 161 in April and 165 in May 2012. The demand is up, which pushes prices up.
