• 11 new listings ranging in price from $699,900 to $1,098,000
• 6 homes sold (pending) ranging in price from $699,900 to $1,049,000

The decrease in bank owned properties between 2013 and 2012 may be a contributing factor to the 18% rise in average sales prices in Gale Ranch. We will see if this trend continues as we move through the year.
