This was a bank owned/foreclosure home east of Delta. An extra large two car garage was added on with plenty of room for a shop. Many cosmetic repairs were noted, and the buyers decided to do a rehab loan to take care of the some of the issues that would keep the house from selling with other types of financing. Fishing is extremely popular and there are gold medal stretches of water nearby. Grand Mesa has over 300 lakes. Every drive is a scenic drive.
